Frequently Asked Questions:
LAC Family of Brands Transition
Why are you making these changes? We have completed a corporate reorganization to streamline our operations and consolidate all of our affiliated brands under a single, more efficient structure. This change transfers our governing registration from Georgia to Delaware and unites all business activities under a new primary operating entity.
What is the new name of the company that runs the brands? The new primary operating and managing entity is LAC & Brands LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company.
Do the individual brand names I shop with still exist? Yes, absolutely. All of our individual brands, products, services, and trade names will continue to operate publicly and be marketed under their existing brand identities. This reorganization does not change brand offerings, pricing, or the way you interact with your favorite brands day-to-day.
Will this change my existing contracts, subscriptions, or terms of service? No. All existing agreements, contracts, subscriptions, licenses, and terms of service that you entered into with any of our brands remain valid, binding, and fully enforceable. This reorganization does not interrupt, terminate, or modify any existing legal arrangement. LAC & Brands LLC simply assumes the operational responsibility for administering these agreements.
Will my service be interrupted? No. There will be no interruption to services, product fulfillment, access to your accounts, or existing payment authorizations. All operations continue uninterrupted under the new structure.
How will this affect the way I am billed? As part of this consolidation, all billing, payment processing, and financial transactions across all brands will now appear under unified statement descriptors associated with the new operating entity. You may see charges reflected on your bank or credit card statements under names like:
LAC FAMILY OF BRANDS
LAC BRANDS
Note: Descriptor formatting may vary slightly depending on your specific bank or payment processor, brands and financing/ bank partners throughout our systems may update our descriptor/company name as well.
What is happening to the individual brand websites? All brand websites and digital platforms will remain active and operational. Over time, these sites will gradually integrate into the parent company’s primary website and digital ecosystem. During this progressive transition, you might see brand sites partially or fully redirecting, but your access, services, and account information will be preserved, and no interruption to your user experience is expected.
