Frequently Asked Questions:
LAC Family of Brands Transition
Why are you making these changes?
We have completed an organizational restructuring to simplify our business operations and consolidate all affiliated brands under a single, streamlined structure. LAC & Brands now operates as a sole proprietorship under Luc Austin Cochran DBA LAC & Brands. This transition unifies all business activities, financial administration, and brand oversight under one central operating platform to improve efficiency and clarity.
What is the new name of the company that runs the brands?
The primary operating structure is now Luc Austin Cochran, Sole Proprietor, DBA LAC & Brands. LAC & Brands serves as the trade name under which all affiliated brands are owned, managed, and operated.
Do the individual brand names I shop with still exist?
Yes. All individual brands, products, services, and trade names continue to operate publicly under their existing brand identities. This restructuring does not change brand offerings, pricing, or the way you interact with your preferred brands on a day-to-day basis.
Will this change my existing contracts, subscriptions, or terms of service?
No. All existing agreements, contracts, subscriptions, licenses, and terms of service remain valid, binding, and fully enforceable. This restructuring does not interrupt, terminate, or materially modify any current legal arrangement. Operational and administrative responsibility now falls under Luc Austin Cochran DBA LAC & Brands.
Will my service be interrupted?
No. There will be no interruption to services, product fulfillment, account access, or existing payment authorizations. All operations continue without disruption under the updated structure.
How will this affect the way I am billed?
As part of this consolidation, billing, payment processing, and financial transactions across all brands may now appear under unified statement descriptors associated with the operating trade name. You may see charges reflected on your bank or credit card statements under names such as:
LAC & Brands
LAC Brands
Luc Austin Cochran
Descriptor formatting may vary depending on your specific bank, payment processor, or financing partner.
What is happening to the individual brand websites?
Over time, certain sites may integrate into or redirect through the primary LAC & Brands platform to centralize account management and payments. During this transition, access to services, user accounts, and stored information will remain secure and uninterrupted.
